Here is what can be done for around the price range:

You would have the ability to filter to get the desired class like the example page I presented earlier. There would be an additional filters including service - etc. The age would be entered in as a whole number and once a customer has filtered the data, they would press a find class button that would show classes for the age they entered. There could be calendar of the actual month to show how the dates correspond- but the dates will be shown and selected by check-boxes.

The items would be managed in the store editor the same way you are doing now, but there would be a few more fields on the item page that would need to be filled in. I didn’t ever see your editor, but there will be a few things you will need to include. Age will be entered as 6,7,8,9 or 4,6,8 etc. Location, Month - (Dates will be entered as options on the item page)*See below

The inventory would be managed via the method you are using now (I believe database inventory via store manager).

I would have the classes all set to the base rate and discount membership one of two ways:

1. Use a script that will count how many checkboxes have been selected and add a -x dollar option

2. Use a coupon that can be entered in checkout and will offer x% off over a certain dollar amount.

You would get a redesign like you requested with the sitemap structure.

Unfortunately, a system to keep track of each customer’s classes and membership and on-page inventory are two separate content management systems that would have to be developed independently and are outside the price range - considering that there is a redesign included in the price.

*What I will have to do is write a RTML template to export all the editor data to a database so I can have the flexibility needed to output and filter the dates as you need. There will be one page that will house all of the ordering!

There is a lot at this involved with this and estimated time to completion is 3 months. I can either re-design first and publish or get the filter working so you will have working parts before the end due date.

Price would be $2670 and would be broken in 3 $890 payments.

1. Inititial start $890

2. ½ Completion $890

3. Project Complete $890

Overall you will have a professionally designed store with the ability for your customers to filter down to only show the dates of classes within their parameters. All of this would be done on one page to keep the focus of your customers.
